How to Remove Milk Stains from Carpet

You like drinking milk? Early in the morning with your coffee or before you go to bed in the evening, you can easily spill it out from the bottle. Don't worry, it can be removed with less efforts than you could ever imagine. Just follow the following steps.

I got some tips from carpet cleaning Melbourne, when I had my house cleaned. Here they are:
  • Start up with preparing the cleaning solution. It is very simple. Mix a tablespoon of some dish washing detergent with two cups of lukewarm water.
  • Get a clean cotton cloth and soak it into the solution. Squeeze it and don't make it too wet or too dry.
  • Continue with blotting the spot. Make sure that all the liquid is completely absorbed.
  • It is possible that you will need to repeat the above steps, if the stain is stubborn.
  • If the stain is still there prepare this solution: Mix one tablespoon of ammonia with two cups of warm water. Note that you should never mix chlorine bleach with ammonia. You couldn't know what the result will be exactly.
  • Then, rub the affected area with a sponge. Blot until the sponge absorbs the liquid.
  • Finally, soak the sponge in clear water and rinse the area.

By following the above steps you will have no problem removing any milk stain from your carpet. If you have some questions, you can always ask carpet cleaners Melbourne. They will help you a lot.
