How to Organize Your Office

Sometimes we have so much work than we don't see when our working place turned into a real mess and we can't find anything there. All we need is a well-working organization system and sooner we will have the office ordered and appropriate for real work.

  • Start with separating the office into several zones for different items. Keeping items in their own place is a good reason to return them back right after use. This prevent from getting clutter and searching for something which you know you have but don't know where it is.
  • If you have a very busy working schedule, it's best for you to have the supplies and files you need, close to you, so they can be easy reached.
  • Devote at least 5 minutes at the beginning of your working day and 5 at its end, to clean your desk. Arrange papers, notes and files there.
